Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B
A. On November 12, 2014, the Defendants conspired to steal mobile phones by intrusioning upon the said burial on the ground that Defendant B was in possession of a security card that was not returned while leaving the store, while serving in “G” operated by the victim F (F) of the first floor 102 of the building in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
From November 12, 2014 to 02:15 on the same day, the Defendants reported the network outside of the store Defendant B from around 02:2:15 on the same day, and Defendant A infringed on the above store by using a security card drawn from Defendant B, and Defendant A had two cellular phones equivalent to the total of 1,856,800 won in the market value of the victim owned by the victim.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
B. On December 2, 2014, the Defendants conspired to steals mobile phones by using a security card held by H, an employee of the said “G” store, and thus, intrudes into the said store and steals mobile phones.
1) On December 2, 2014, at the above store around 01:14, the Defendants reported the network of Defendant A to the outside of the store. Defendant B obtained a security card that Defendant A stolen from H and intruded into the above store by using it. Defendant B confirmed the fact that the victim’s property was sold to the above mobile phone at the place of the aforementioned mobile phone at around 957,00 won, the market value of which was owned by the victim. The Defendants confirmed on December 2, 2014, one mobile phone of the galthothothothothothothothothothotho, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 89,800, a white galthothothothothothy, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 89,800, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 89,800, and three mobile phones G3 mobile phone units at KRW 2,756,600,00.
