Defendant

A on May 30, 2013, who was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of acquiring stolen goods at the Seoul Western District Court on June 8, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 8, 2013, is still under suspension of execution.

During the commission of economic difficulties, the Defendants viewed the thieve image of the larceny of cell phones, which was listed in the Facebook, and attempted to steal the cell phone by intrusioning on the cell phone store.

On February 1, 2014, around 04:25, the Defendants: (a) worn the locks and makes that were prepared in advance to store the G mobile phone of the victim F in Silung-si; and (b) Defendant B and Defendant A reported the network; and (c) Defendant C damaged the locking device by cutting the entrance knick.

After destroying the entrance as above, the Defendants: (a) in the plastic garbage bags prepared in advance by intrusion into the above mobile phone store and routing the garbage bags of KRW 954,800,000, the victim’s market price of KRW 954,80; (b) Dogno-3 mobile phones of KRW 1,067,00, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 954,80,000; (c) Dogno-si phones of KRW 3 mobile phones of KRW 954,80,000; (d) Dogno-si mobile phones of KRW 3 mobile phones of KRW 69,600, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 69,600; (d) Dogno-si mobile phones of KRW 80,99,60,000; (e) Dogno-si mobile phones of KRW 97,970,000,000.

Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the total amount of 20,968,200 won of the market price owned by the victim.
