On January 29, 2020, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven a clean character without registration license plate 124c c obaba in the state of alcohol concentration of about 0.076% without a motorcycle driver's license in the front road of about 100 meters in front of the road located in the Busanjin-gu, Busan, but not in front of the road located in D.
