1. Dental treatment performed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) to the Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff from June 2, 2015 to June 11, 2015.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The relevant Plaintiff is a dentist who operates E and Council members (hereinafter “Plaintiff Council member”) on the 13th floor of D department stores located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant is a patient who has been subjected to love treatment from the Plaintiff as seen below.
