Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2016, the Defendant has been engaged in the management, etc. of the community hall goods in the above village as the head of the Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-do.

On January 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the early girls’ meeting to purchase electronic equipment necessary for a private-use facility from the Defendant; and (b) received support from the Crossing-gun Water and Wastewater Works Business Office; (c) purchased two wired and wireless cleaning equipment; (d) one device for general air conditioners; (e) one device for the air conditioners; (e) one device for the air conditioners; and (e) one device for the massage (total market price of KRW 7,376,00), one device for the air conditioners; and (e) had the said victim keep the said electronic equipment on his/her duty.

On May 13, 2016, at the first floor restaurant of the community hall located in Gangnam-gun, Gangwon-do, the Defendant transferred one general cooling house (design name B506S) equivalent to the market value of 990,000 won from the above community hall to the cargo truck and had the above E use it.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property of the victim while on duty.
