A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened the first community hall located in Sincheon-si in Sincheon-si in Sincheon-si; (b) intruded into the community hall; and (c) took the victim J in his/her place, he/she saw the victim who was under the market price managed by the victim J; and (d) cut off him/her with a chapter 1 on January 3, 2016 if he/she was under the market price around 05:00 on January 3, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by the damaged person at night, and stolen the property.

(c)

On January 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that is not corrected after the building was intruded into the village hall; (b) opened a cooling house in which the victim M is in the market managed by the victim M; and (c) laid down the air conditioning equipment and food, etc., and cut off with approximately KRW 18,000,00 from the franchis on the block in which the victim M was in the ward.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by the damaged person at night, and stolen the property.

On January 4, 2017, the Defendant is a community hall located in N in Spocheon-si around 19:30.
