A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Youngcheon District Court’s Young-gu branch on March 31, 2008, the summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on March 31, 2008, and the summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Young-gu District Court’s Young-gu branch on August 18, 2008.

On August 16, 2013, from around 22:00 to 22:03 of the same day, the Defendant driven a Gpoter freight under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.063% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the tomb of D in Gangwon-gun C from around 3km to the front side of F in E, and without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On the same day, at around 22:03, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) when he breathed from police officers, such as the slope H and slope I belonging to the traffic control department of the Gangseo Young-gu Police Station in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant entered the driver’s statement in the column of the driver’s statement in the driver’s statement of the circumstantial statement of the driver’s driver’s driver’s identity using a verification pen as if he was the Defendant’s mother, and entered the driver’s name column in the driver’s name column of the written statement of the driver’s license cancellation, stating “J” in the driver’s name column of the written statement of the person subject to the disposition of driver’s license cancellation, and marks the driver’s h and knick with the name of the above J.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising his right, forged a copy of the circumstantial statement of the state driver under J's name and a statement of the person subject to the revocation of driver's license, respectively.

3. The Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, and at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, shall make a false statement on the circumstances of the driver, i.e., a slope H belonging to the Gangwon-gu Police Station, and a slope I, who is aware of the forgery.
