A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendant is a person operating a sexual traffic business with the trade name "J" in Ansan-si I and 6, K is the Defendant’s wife who manages the said business upon request of the Defendant, and L, M is a master-person who is a "fab president" who is promised with the Defendant to make a statement to the investigation agency as a unemployment, and N,O, and P is the employees of the said business.

The Defendant, in collusion with K, L, M, N,O, and P on September 21, 2014, received 180,000 won from Q from the above business establishment from Q to the above business establishment, and had R, a woman engaged in commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts, after receiving 170,000 won for sexual sex acts from S around 22:0 on the same day, entered the smuggling waiting for Q and sexual intercourse with T to be allowed for S to be a woman engaged in commercial sex acts (M from June 2, 2014; N from September 16, 2014; from August 31, 2014; and from August 31, 2014), the Defendant engaged in commercial sex acts, including arranging commercial sex acts.
