Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2017, the Defendant, around 13:25, 2017, at the access road to the terminal of 1200 Leecheon-ro, Leecheon-ro, 1200, 1200, dispute over the way between the express buses driven by the victim C (42 years of age) and the Defendant, on the way between the vehicle and the other automobiles driven by the Defendant. Accordingly, the Defendant, when getting off the vehicle from the vehicle, embling the face of the victim one time, embling it into the victim’s face, booming it into the victim’s face, and threatening the victim as if he were at the time.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
