A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2015, at around 23:47 on April 25, 2015, the Defendant had a view to thefting precious metals using the fact that there is a door behind the building of the victim F in the E market parking lot located near the spot.

On April 26, 2015, the following day, around 02:17, the Defendant: (a) was placed at the window following the above gold door; (b) had taken the LPG gas source around around approximately 40 minutes; and (c) had used the bar bar bar bar, which was around around 40 minutes, and infringed on the above gold door around 03:14 on the same day.

The Defendant continued to commit theft with 12 precious metal worth KRW 5 million in total market value, such as 5 gold sheet for women who are victims, 5 gold sheet for women, 5 gold sheet for women, 1 gold sheet for male use, and 1 gold sheet for male use.
