A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
9,700,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From September 28, 2012 to November 28, 2012, the Defendant introduced H, “G”, the Defendant’s seat of the Defendant, who was operating an illegal money exchange entertainment room in Daegu, to E and D, upon request from D to supply the said game machine, with the knowledge of the long period of time, around September 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sent H’s “rably fishing” (e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., g.,
Around that time, E, D, and H agreed to divide E, D, and H’s 5% of the operating earnings of the above game site into KRW 45%. From September 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) from around the game site, the Defendant received KRW 1.50,00 won daily from H; and (b) transferred the profits equivalent to H’s share out of the profits generated from the game site to H daily to H; (c) the Defendant manages the above game site; (d) the Plaintiff’s “B president”; and (e) the J began to work as an employee in charge of the customer’s heart in the above game site, “K,” and “the head of the business division,” and “M, N,O, P, and Q,” which are in the vicinity of the above game site.
No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.
Nevertheless, from September 28, 2012 to November 28, 2011 of the same year, the Defendant, in collusion with E, D, and H, etc. from the above “G” to the above “G,” committed an exchange to customers by installing 40 game flags of the said game “Fresh fishing” (e.g. 3) and exchanging the item card (m. m. m.) obtained by customers using the game machine in exchange for the remaining 9,000 won after deducting 1,00 won per unit commission from the exchange lawsuit in the vicinity of the above game site.
2. The Defendant committed from January 2013 to February 6, 2013 with respect to the money exchange action by J in the vicinity of the said game site on November 28, 2012.
