Defendant
A is a business owner operating a game room with the trade name "E Gameland" in Busan Shipping Daegu D and 2, and around November 4, 2016, A filed a business report with the Maritime Transportation Authority on the operation of the game room using a 40 game machine, such as " Span X", "THE Height", "JBIC", and "JBIC (BBIC)", unlike the above report, until March 28, 2017, around February 18, 2017, A operated the game room, and employed Defendant B and F as the head of the business division and employees, and around March 27, 2017 as the head of the business division.
