1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 33,883,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from April 21, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions of evidence Nos. 2 and 3 (including paper numbers) and the overall purport of the pleadings, the Plaintiff engaged in wholesale and retail business of fishery products has supplied the Defendant with fishery products in the name of “D” from around 2015 to December 29, 2017, but it can be recognized that the Plaintiff did not receive the price of goods equivalent to KRW 33,883,000 as of January 10, 2018.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the unpaid amount of KRW 33,883,00 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 21, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case filed by the plaintiff, as the last day of the supply of the goods.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
