Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering as above from May 2014 to June 28, 2016, opened a news report room with the trade name of “F” to introduce a loan to a singing singing room, etc., and recruited a job offer advertisement in a singing singing room. 3. Defendant C is a person who operates the “L” located in the Open-gu K in Young-gu, Young-si.

On May 12, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant sold cans, 11 cans, and supplied alcoholic beverages to five customers, including G, etc. who are customers in the instant singing practice room.
