1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A person who intends to provide paid job placement services shall register with the competent authority having jurisdiction over the location of the principal place of business.
1. Defendant A, without registering with the head of the Gu of Jinhae, set up a “mar report room” under the name of “I” from April 2015 to February 2, 2016, starting from the original time to the original time with the name of “I” at H from the original time to the original time.
