A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of Vietnamese nationality.

1. Any foreigner who enters the airport or harbor of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa to sojourn in the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for tourism in violation of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Creation of Free International City, shall obtain permission to extend his/her sojourn area, if he

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant, who entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and transferred the Defendant to another region within the territory of the Republic of Korea, issued US$6,500, and entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa, pretending to the purpose of tourism at around 13:28, 2014, and thereafter, was accommodated in the non-explosive telecom in Jeju City.

Defendant continued to exist in the same month

4. At around 19:00, at the Jeju Airport located in Jeju Airport as an airport of Jeju, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, the head of Jeju Airport: (a) obtained from the said Vietnamer Bracker C (beon March 19, 2010, naturalizationers in the Republic of Korea), but used the Busan Aviation and C’s resident registration certificate under the name of the said C, and arrived at the Busan Sea Airport by boarding the aircraft in Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant moved to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining permission for extension of sojourn area.

2. On May 4, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant on unlawful uttering of official documents presented a resident registration certificate under the name of “C” in the Jeju Airport located in Jeju Airport as Jeju Airport as Jeju Airport, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. The Defendant presented the resident registration certificate under the name of “C” in his/her possession as if he/she were his/her resident registration certificate.

3. Any foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the scope of his/her sojourn status and period of sojourn, and obtain a sojourn status capable of engaging in job-seeking activities in order to engage in employment.

Defendant shall take the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province around May 1, 2014.
