1. Basic facts

Article 4 (Period of Payment), 330,000,000 (excluding value-added tax): The first intermediate payment to be paid after the General Meeting of Selection of the contractor : KRW 100,000 after the conclusion of the provisional contract : The balance of KRW 800,000 (Value-Added Tax): 100,000 after authorization for the management and disposal of the remaining part of the intermediate payment : KRW 800,000 (excluding value-added tax);
