From October 13, 2017 to October 15:00-16:30 on October 13, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the work of the Service Center of Hansung Motor (State) by force by parking his own B B B B BW vehicle with a large line to prevent it from entering and leaving the Service Center, on the ground that it does not interfere with the proper treatment of A/S due to paralysis, following the 583-ro 11 and Hansung Motor (State) service center’s right entrance.
