A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A served as the general duties of the Victim G Association, which is a victim’s association, located in the Republic of Korea F from June 2012 to October 2013, and has been engaged in the business of improving the Association’s clothes collection box, the Association expenses, and the business of managing profits. The Defendant B is a member of the Association.

1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. While the Defendant kept the membership fees, business funds, etc. of the Association for the Victim Association, around September 13, 2012, he voluntarily consumed KRW 1,550,00 as entertainment expenses at H’s entertainment business establishments with the trade name, around September 13, 2012, and then embezzled total of KRW 30,224,50 on a total of 46 occasions from around that time to July 4, 2013, as indicated in Table 1, 2, and 3.

B. Around January 3, 2014, the Defendant entered and intruded with the entrance door at the G Association Office of an incorporated association, which is located in the wife population I, on the following occasions: (a) three personal books equal to KRW 1.50,000 in the market price; (b) three external shocks equivalent to KRW 300,000 in the market price; (c) three general meetings equivalent to KRW 60,000 in the market price; (d) three personal painting equivalent to KRW 90,00 in the market price; (e) three personal books equivalent to KRW 120,000 in the market price; and (e) four partitions equivalent to KRW 120,00 in the market price; and (e) four association documents.

2. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On December 27, 2013, the Defendants conspired to commit the crime and intrude into the office of the second floor of the said G association on December 27, 2013, by entering the office of the said G association on the following occasions: (a) two trustees for meetings of an amount equivalent to KRW 400,000 in the market price; (b) one chair for meetings of an amount equivalent to KRW 70,000 in the market price; (c) one chair for books of an amount equivalent to KRW 40,00 in the market price; (d) three partitions for meetings of an amount equivalent to KRW 90,00 in the market price; and (e) 21 general chairs for meetings of an amount equivalent to KRW 420,00 in the market price; and (e) one were stolen.

B. On January 9, 2014, the Defendants conspired to commit the crime by means of the same method with the second floor office of the said G Association around January 9, 2014, and one of the books for executive officers with the market value equivalent to 3.60,000 won at that place.
