B On April 9, 2015, the Seoul Eastern District Court was sentenced to two years of imprisonment, three years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 26, 2015 and is still in the grace period.

A A A posts a loan advertisement to a person who is unable to obtain a loan from a financial right due to a lack of a certain occupation, such as college students, etc. to recruit loan applicants, and Defendant B assumes false employment certificates, business operator registration certificates, or medical insurance qualification certificates, etc. and makes the above applicant a false employment or disguisedly obtaining a loan through a second financial right as if he/she is operating a business.

At around 04:55 on November 9, 2017, Defendant A’s public interest called by the Defendant to report the loan advertisement posted to C, and Defendant D (W, 20 years of age) said, “In order for university students to obtain a loan, 35% of the loan requires work, such as hosting a certificate of employment, and the desired loan amount is KRW 6 million, and the remainder shall be paid with a loan exceeding KRW 10 million.” The victim called to the effect that it would not receive a loan because it is difficult for the victim to bear an excessive fee at around 08:00 on the same day, the victim was responsible for making documents, and may be reduced on the back of the loan.”

In this regard, "(whether or not it becomes the ground within responsibilities)" and "a decision is made, and how or how 2 million won has already entered money has already been received."

“ Unless the fee is paid, it threatens the victim as if it would inflict any injury on the victim.”

The Defendant, at around 09:00 on the same day, extended the temporary identification card of the injured party to the F in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu and the second floor.
