Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 2015, Defendant A received a loan guarantee from the Credit Counseling and Recovery Service by using forged documents from a name-free loan brosers (one name “N orO,” “P or Q,” and “name-free persons”) that came to know of the Internet advertisement report and received, and tried to participate in the loan fraud with the name-free winners.
Accordingly, the Defendant, along with R et al., recruited clients by posting a loan advertisement to the effect that “to have a loan from a financial institution on condition that a person without income or a person who is unable to obtain a loan due to low credit will receive 40-50% of the amount of loan from a financial institution as a fee.” After receiving a loan guarantee from the Credit Counseling and Recovery Commission, the Defendant received a loan guarantee from the Credit Counseling and Recovery Commission, and then submitted it to the financial institution, and then received the loan loan from the Credit Counseling and Recovery Commission, and then deliver it to the bearers under the name of 40-50% of the loan, and then, the Defendant shared the role of each party to take overall charge of loan fraud, such as forging documents necessary to obtain a loan, such as a certificate of employment, using a computer.
