Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the E church in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

The above E church has been operated by the F president after being entrusted with the finance of the church for 25 years, and around five years prior to the issue of the G pastor and the operation of the church, and some believers were divided into support for the F funeral and support for some believers. The defendant is a person who supports the F funeral and the victim H (the age of 61) is a person who supports the G pastor.

At around 10:40 on May 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported that the said victim was signing on the signature book against the believers in order to request the disclosure of financial information related to church operation; (b) opposed to the signature campaign; and (c) attempted to refrain from signing the signature book on the chest; (d) led the victim’s arms in order to avoid paying the signature book; and (c) led the victim’s arms in order to keep the signature book back to the stairs of the first floor of the church; and (d) caused the victim to go over the victim’s body by hand, resulting in the victim’s injury, such as chills and sculties, requiring treatment for about three weeks.
