1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of six million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2019, at around 06:30, the Defendant driven a B SP motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.081% from approximately 8km to the front road of the headquarters of LH Daegu metropolitan area located in 161, Daegu Northern-ro, Taegu, 161, to the upper road of the 272-ro, Daegu metropolitan area.
