A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against each of the assaults is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties related to F and G criminal investigations.

[2013고단4473] 피고인은 2013. 7. 22. 04:20경 대전 서구 H에 있는 피해자 I(여, 22세) 운영의 ‘J’ 주점에서 술을 마시던 중, 피해자로부터 영업시간이 끝났으니 나가달라는 요구를 받게 되자 “이 씨발 년 맡겨 놓은 술 먹는다고 나를 무시하냐”고 욕설하면서 손바닥으로 피해자의 얼굴을 3회 때리고 계속하여 피해자가 바닥에 넘어지자 주먹과 발로 피해자의 얼굴과 목, 하체 부분 등을 수회 걷어찼다.

Therefore, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the reflection of the right side in need of treatment for about 25 days, the detailed lux, the base and tension of luxin, the base and tension of luxin, the base and tension of the luxin, and the vege of the lux of the lower body.
