Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2015, at around 23:16, the Defendant driven B chip car under the influence of alcohol content of about 400 meters in a section of about 0.107% in blood, from the front day of the Hongsung-gun Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, to the roads adjacent to the same Eup/Myeon.
