Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highly 2189"

1. On May 26, 2014, at around 15:18, the Defendant: (a) removed five copies of the public notice of the registration of the said representative under the name of the victim for the reason that the victim D, who is the chairperson of the apartment management, tried to elect the said representative at his/her own expense; (b) destroyed five copies of the public notice of the registration of the said representative under the name of the victim; and (c) destroyed five copies of the public notice of the said candidate at around 16:47, around 17, around 17:45, around 18:26, around 200:28; and (d) at the same place, five times in the same manner at around the same time as the market price.

2. The Defendant removed 25 copies of the above notice at the above date, time and place, and obstructed the business of election of the same representative, which is the victim’s apartment 102 1-2 Ra, by force.

1. On June 14, 2014, around 16:58, the Defendant: (a) removed a written public notice of the registration of the candidate E for the said apartment management from the 1st floor of the said C apartment 102 Dong 1-2, and around June 13, 2014, the Defendant destroyed and damaged the 13th public notice of the registration of the candidate for the said apartment management by the victim D, the chairman of the said apartment management committee, in the same manner at the same location on four occasions, on the grounds that the candidate E, who was not elected as a majority from the previous election, re-registered as a candidate and did not appear in mind; and (b) removed a written public notice of the candidate E in his/her hand on the 15th of the same month, around 09:13 and around 10:45, around 11:02 of the same month, and around 116:02 of the same month.

2. The Defendant, at the above date and place, removed a public notice of E, a candidate for the same representative, on four occasions, and obstructed the victim’s management affairs of the same apartment unit 102 Dong representative election by force.
