A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
On January 30, 2018, the Defendant had been sentenced to six months by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on April 27, 2018.

1.
