From the end of 17:10 to the end of 20:10, operating a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name "D" on a lease Nos. 713 and 808 of the C Officetel 713 and 808, and employing E and F as a woman of sexual traffic on a condition that he/she pays 90,000 won out of 140,000 won per commercial sex trade case, and allowing the above E to engage in sexual intercourse with a male guest and sexual intercourse in his/her name in the above business establishment No. 713, Apr. 17, 2014; and allowing the said women of sexual traffic to engage in commercial sex acts for the above period against the male guest who found his/her place of sexual traffic, and receiving the consideration therefor.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
