Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] The Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court on December 6, 2006 to imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims, etc. (Bodily Injury resulting from Rape) and completed the execution of the sentence on January 9, 2010.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant forged private document documents by forging his/her employment certificate, etc. through a loan hub, such as Nonindicted D and nominal C, with intent to obtain a loan of security deposit in the name of the Defendant from a financial institution. On January 6, 2012, the Defendant offered the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, a certificate of personal seal impression, and a seal imprint to D, etc. On January 13, 2012. On January 13, 2012, “A is in office in BDD in the name of 101 of the Seoul Gangdong-gu Seoul Gangdong Building,” and “A receives KRW 3,458,690 from A” to the effect that “The name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation and the National Health Insurance Corporation under the name of the National Health Insurance Corporation No. 1069, Dec. 31, 2011,” which was prepared in an irregular manner in the name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation under the name of BD representative BD and the National Health Insurance Corporation No. 310.
As such, the Defendant, without authority, conspiredd with D, etc. with a private document related to a certificate of fact, forged one copy of the receipt for tax withholding for wage and salary income, one health insurance card, and one copy of the confirmation of the health insurance qualification.
2. On January 13, 2012, the Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document was duly formed at the Samwon Bank’s instigates in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, one copy of the forged employment certificate, one receipt for tax withholding of wage and salary income, one health insurance card, and one copy of the confirmation of the acquisition and loss of health insurance qualification.
