A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 6873] The defendant gets her mother and mast, driving a bicycle, forced the women who go through a place with his/her human identity to flee after committing an indecent act, and is infarcing the target of the crime.

1. On June 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a bicycle around 22:50 on a bicycle and found the victim E (the 21 year old) who was returning home while passing through the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the 21 year old) while driving the bicycle; (b) caused the Defendant to commit an indecent act against the female by forcing him/her to commit an indecent act.

2. On June 30, 2016, the Defendant driven a bicycle around 19:30 on a bicycle and found the victim G (V 23 years old) who was under movement while driving the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul F Park, and the Defendant committed an indecent act on the female’s chest by force.

3. On July 15, 2016, the Defendant driven a bicycle around 23:30 on and around July 15, 2016, and found the victim I (the 23 years old), who was walking in the opposite direction, was able to find out the victim I (the 23 years old), who was walking in the vicinity of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul, and the Defendant committed an indecent act against the female by force.

4. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant driven a bicycle around 23:30 on August 3, 2016, and found the Victim K (V, 25 years of age) that was walking in the opposite direction, and the Defendant committed an indecent act against the female by force by driving the bicycle on his/her own hand.

5. On September 13, 2016, the Defendant driven a bicycle on or around 23:00, and found the victim N(N, 18 years old) who was walking around the convenience store in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, but was walking in the opposite direction, and the Defendant committed an indecent act against the female by force.

6. On March 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a bicycle around 18:50 on a bicycle and found the victim P (25 years old) who was waiting for the bus near the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan bus stop; and (b) committed an indecent act by force against the female by her own knife.
