A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On January 7, 2021, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year by imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Daegu District Court on January 7, 2021, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 15, 2021.

2. At around 09:00 on July 24, 2020, the Defendant administered opphones by inserting the opphones into a glass pipe and inserting the smoke generated by heating the opphones into a glass pipe. The Defendant administered opphones by means of a opphones in a way connected to the glass pipe.
