1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The conclusion is that the plaintiff's principal claim and the defendant's counterclaim are accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining principal claim and counterclaim are dismissed as they are without merit.
