1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit, and appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the principal lawsuit and the counterclaim.
Reasons
1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the part of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
[The plaintiff and the defendant basically repeats the same argument in the first instance trial, and even if the plaintiff and the defendant consider the allegations and reasons why the plaintiff and the defendant have partially supplemented in the trial, and look at Gap evidence No. 39 (including paper numbers) which are additionally submitted in the trial, the judgment of the first instance is justifiable]
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remainder of the principal lawsuit and the defendant's counterclaim are dismissed for lack of grounds. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
