Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Copyright Act under the Korea Copyright Act according to the business Round of "Pain Q."

A. On April 2013, the Defendant, at the Jeju-si computer located in B’s residence, visited the file file file “C” to the “C” account on the file-sharing website called “C” at the Jeju-si computer located in his/her residence, and, without any authority, up to the said website server with the Defendant’s right of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, and lease;

B. On May 2013, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Internet file file (htp:/www.irraftile.co.k/) at the place specified in paragraph (a) of Article 1 at the Internet file sharing site; and (b) up-to-date Q’s cinematographic work to the said site server; (c)

C. On May 2013, the Defendant connects the Internet file file (htp:/www.Stile.com/) at the place specified in paragraph (a) of Article 1 to the Internet file sharing site, and upcoming the aforementioned “P” film work to the said site server;

D. Around May 2013, the Defendant visited the Internet file file (htp:/www.app.com/) at the place specified in paragraph (a) of Article 1, and then opened the video work to the above site server so that many and unspecified members of each of the above site can download it.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the author's property right of the above company by way of display and distribution.

2. Violation of the Copyright Act under the Round’s Round on the Fixed Number of Languages

A. On April 2013, the Defendant, at the place specified in paragraph 1(a), connected to the account “C” on the site specified in paragraph 1(a), and then, the Defendant, a corporation, without any authority, up-to-dated to the said site server a work information file, “C” which has the right to reproduction, performance, public transmission, display, distribute, and lease, and without any authority.
