Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a dispute between the Defendant and the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the national highway No. 32 located in the nearest B of the Chungcheongbuk-si, Cheongju-si on March 15:30, 2017; (b) on the ground that the Defendant’s family meeting of the her wife C (the age of 26) would be bad; and (c) made it difficult for the victim to view the victim’s right-hand snow due to drinking, and caused an injury, such as strings and gambling in the area surrounding the snow, in which the number of treatment days cannot be known to the victim; and (d) made it difficult for the victim to view the victim’s right-hand snow due to drinking.

2. On September 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00 on September 9, 2017, at the home of the Defendant and the victim in Pyeongtaek-si apartment E; (b) on the ground that the victim was willing to go to marriage in one’s own village, the victim was frighted, and was boomed by her head by hand, and her head was frighted on the floor; (c) her body was frighted on the part of the victim; (d) her body was frighted on the part of the victim; and (d) the victim was frighted by her head on the part of the victim; and (e) the victim was frighted by her head on the part of the victim; and (e) the victim was frighted by her head on the part of the her body;
