Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2011, at around 20:00, the Defendant, in front of “C” located in Gold-gu B of Busan Metropolitan City, caused the victim D to speak half, and caused the victim D to be bad, in both hands, and walked off the ground floor by breaking the victim’s cump to the ground floor, thereby walking up the side of the victim’s cump, thereby making it difficult to know the number of days of treatment.
