Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On September 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Daegu District Court, which became final and conclusive on October 11, 2017, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on November 16, 2018, and the said suspended sentence becomes null and void, and the parole period was expired on October 28, 2019 and the parole period was expired on December 31, 2019.
[20, the Defendant: (a) around 01:03 on March 28, 2020, at the 1st floor parking lot of Daegu Dong-gu Buk-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, 2020, the Defendant: (b) opened a driver’s seat that was parked therein and stolen KRW 80,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was parked therein; and (c) cut off.
[200 Gohap 5815] The Defendant opened a door that does not lock the G car parked in the building parking lot in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, on September 1, 2020, and taken off the wall that contains approximately KRW 500,000 in cash and KRW 500,000 in Chinese and Japanese currency.
In other words, they stolen them.

1. On August 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked at the Hamsung-gu Hamdong-gu H lending I at the same parking lot; and (b) stolen the vehicle with cash of 300,000 won from the wallet owned by the victim K, which was located at the inside of the vehicle; (c) from August 5, 2020 to the day of the above day, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 3,100,000, totaled four times of the market price owned by the victims from around August 5, 2020, as indicated in the list of crimes.
2. On June 12, 2020, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) opened a n SM5 car-free door located in the Daegu Seo-gu Lneck parking lot on June 12, 2020; and (b) obstructed the inside in order to locate stolen objects, which was parked therein; (c) but did not commit an attempted crime by withdrawing the victim’s husband from the victim’s husband.
