A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on December 12, 2015 by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic laws at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on December 4, 2015.
1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Egressing Vehicles).
