The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err by infringing on the right to have a counsel’s assistance or by violating the Acts and subordinate statutes relating to the selection of a national defense counsel, etc., as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
