A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As above, the person under whose name the victim was accused of the victim, shall withdraw the amount of 10 million won in cash from the victim at around 12:30 on the same day, and make him/her enter the same in D in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si. The defendant, under the direction of the person under whose name the victim was killed, attempted to receive KRW 10 million from the victim at the above place, but did not reach the wind arrested by the police officer dispatched after receiving the report by the victim.
