Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall commit an indecent act on another person in any means of public transportation, place of public performance or assembly, or any other place crowded with the general public.

Nevertheless, on March 13, 2015, from around 08:20 to 08:25 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) line attached to the right side of the victim C (the age of 31) within the subway line Seoul located in the south-gu Seoul metropolitan area of the Seoul Southern-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, along the front line of the subway line 2 located in the south-gu Seoul metropolitan area of 1822, and (b) taken charge of the Victim’s son's son's son and son's son's son's son's son's son

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a densely concentrated place.
