1. The defendant shall pay 154,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 11, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the pleadings as a whole, evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 6: ① the Plaintiff received a contract from the Defendant on July 2, 2013 for the contract amount of 82 million won (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) for the basic river plan and the river facility management register; ② the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a modified contract with the Plaintiff on March 26, 2014 to increase the contract amount of the service cost to 87 million won; ③ the Defendant paid KRW 10 million out of the service cost to the Plaintiff on January 29, 2014; on May 27, 2014, the Plaintiff prepared and delivered a note that the remaining service cost would be paid to the Plaintiff in installments; ④ the Plaintiff completed the aforementioned service cost and the end of May 2014.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay 154 million won out of the remaining service costs as requested by the plaintiff and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 11, 2014 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the service of the original copy of the payment order in this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
