1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 14,192,160, among them, KRW 13,00,000, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 14,192,160, and KRW 192,160.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the statements in Gap evidence 1 to 7, Eul evidence 3 to 8, 15, 16, 17, and 18, witness C and D's testimony and the whole purport of the pleadings:

On September 27, 2014, the period of construction of light steel and tin-creshing construction, which is part of a funeral construction, among “F Center Extension and Remodelling construction” supplied by the Defendant from the Defendant Company E, was determined from September 22, 2014 to October 15, 2014; and, from September 22, 2014 to October 15, 2014, tin guides, marina, Maxx, texx, glass Pum, M-creing, and Mbred shall be supplied by the Defendant; the subsidiary materials and necessary materials shall be supplied by the Plaintiff; the construction cost shall be KRW 30,50,00 (pre-payment after the actual construction volume is measured); the remainder of the construction cost shall be calculated on October 30, 2014; the warranty period shall be KRW 1,67,500; and the warranty period shall be KRW 1,67,500.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant F Corporation”). B. The Plaintiff subcontracted the subcontracted construction.

On October 18, 2014, the Plaintiff determined the construction period from October 11, 2014 to October 24, 2014, the construction cost of construction KRW 20,000 (excluding value-added tax), the warranty liability period of one year, and the warranty liability bond of five percent for the construction cost, among the “G Center Remodeling Remodeling Remodeling Project” that the Defendant received from the Defendant from the Defendant Company E, as part of the swimming pool remodeling Works.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant G Corporation” is the Plaintiff’s subcontracted construction work.

The Plaintiff completed the instant F F Corporation and G Corporation at the time of the completion of the construction period, other than those stipulated in the first construction contract in relation to the instant F Corporation, additionally supplied materials of KRW 1,784,370, such as posters, at the Defendant’s request, and additionally paid 2,00,000 due to the removal of columns, fire hydrants, and repair of each floor and the tent.

The Defendant is the construction cost of the instant F Corporation on October 1, 2014 to the Plaintiff.
