A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 15:30 at the end of June 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen: (b) committed theft with one number plate equivalent to KRW 6,900 at the victim D’s market price parked on the off-line C, a parking lot for the engine business unit located in the Seogdong-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do; and (c) stolen it.

2. The Defendant illegally used air defense, as set out in paragraph 1, illegally used the air, attaching the number plate to the Defendant’s off-to-land, which was stolen, as set out in paragraph 1, for the purpose of exercising it at a time and place as set forth in paragraph 1.

3. From the same date and time as set forth in paragraph (2) to September 17:00, 2013, the Defendant used the Plaintiff’s illegal-use air defense to drive the Defendant’s dives plate attached with the number plate that was stolen as above, and used the Bulsan-gu Japan, and exercised the diver defense by ging the divers.
