The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (based on factual errors and misapprehension of the legal principles) stated that the defendant affected the victim who caused a yellow problem as a head of the supervising division for the public interest of the entire D sexual maps composed of online edification and offline edification, the victim spreaded false facts on the Internet, continued to file a complaint against the person who is responsible for committing insult and defamation, etc. The victim caused a problem for more than 4 years, such as spreading false facts on the Internet, and continuing to file a complaint against the victim for the crime of insult and defamation. 2. Determination on the grounds for appeal

A.
