Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CM5 taxis.

On May 4, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi on May 4, 2014, and laid down the guest at the entrance of 7 parts of the entrance distance of the 7rd west-dong, Busan, along the two-lanes from the direction of the intersection of the amban-dong, and again made the left turn to the left at the entrance of 7 parts at the entrance of the 7rd amban-dong.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and confirmed that the above intersection signal is a red signal, while making a left turn to the left, the Defendant did not find the victim D(45 years of age) going to the intersection in the direction of the e-mail from the e-mail to the e-mail intersection in accordance with the straight line, and did not find the e-mail of the victim D(45 years of age) who was going to the e-mail intersection in the direction of the e-mail, and caused the victim to go to the ground.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused a traffic accident by negligence in the course of business as above and sustained injury to the victim, such as cutting down the right to the right, which requires medical treatment for about 13 weeks.
