Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2012, at around 17:38, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim D's cell phone (E) that was staying in his/her residence located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, using the Defendant's cell phone (B) and sent it to the victim.

From around that time to May 16, 2012, the Defendant sent text messages that contain abusive language to the victim 31 times through an information and communications network, such as sending text messages containing abusive language to the victim, thereby repeatedly reaching the victim’s text leading up to fear or apprehension.
