The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment as to the Defendant’s grounds of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the Defendant was guilty of the facts charged of this case (excluding the part not guilty of the charge) on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules without exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the calculation of the amount of investment in breach of the Act on the Regulation of Fraud, Fraud, and

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor in light of the record, the lower court is justifiable to reverse the first instance judgment and not guilty on the ground that all violation of the Act on the Regulation of Fraud and Unauthorized Receipt of Goods against W, X, BC, BD, BE, BF, and B among the facts charged in the instant case did not prove any crime. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience, exceeding the bounds of the free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
