A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum of five months and a short of three months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, around 16:30 on May 24, 2018, reported that the defendant was at the 49-43 Gwangju prison C, the head of the above actual inmate D, and that the defendant was at the time of the above actual inmate D.

The defendant's mistake and reflects, the victim does not want to be punished against the defendant, and the defendant's age, sexual conduct, motive and means of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, etc., shall be determined as the same as the order, taking into account all the various sentencing conditions shown in the process of the trial and the records of the crime in this case.
