As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received 192,00 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (F) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim; and (c) received 2,405,000 won in total from July 6, 2015 until July 6, 2015 as indicated in the List of Crimes.

[2015 Highest 394] The Defendant, at around June 5, 2015, posted a letter of sales of the game machine in NAVand the Republic of Korea on the Defendant’s main support in Syang-si, G around 2015, and posted a letter of sales of the game machine in NAV. The Defendant paid the price of the 3DS game machine to the victim G who reported and contacted it.
